- How often is the catalog updated?
- We pull fresh listings from RFPmart every morning at midnight EST. Expired RFPs are removed automatically. Most active US state, local, federal, and international opportunities are surfaced within hours of being posted.
- What countries are covered?
- The United States, Canada, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Switzerland. US federal, state, and municipal opportunities are all included.
- How do I download the RFP documents?
- Each opportunity has a documents panel with the cached PDFs and any attachments. PDFs preview inline directly in the browser. To download archives or open files in a new tab, you’ll need to sign up for a free account.
- Do I need a Craxy AI subscription to access this?
- No subscription is needed for Find RFPs. You can browse and download as a free user. A Craxy AI subscription only kicks in if you want to use our AI to actually write the proposal.
- Where does the data come from?
- We aggregate opportunities from public procurement listings — primarily RFPmart’s catalog of government and enterprise bids. Descriptions are automatically rewritten by AI so the listing reads cleanly, while every concrete detail (deliverables, deadlines, budget, eligibility) is preserved.
