Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to limited features. No payment information is required for the trial period.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All sales are final and fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, including partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles.

However, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, which will prevent future charges. Cancellation can be done through your billing settings by logging into your Craxy AI account. Once cancelled, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Create and manage business proposals and RFPs
• Analyze RFP requirements and generate compliant responses
• Collaborate with team members on proposal development
• Export documents for legitimate business purposes
• Manage knowledge bases and templates

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Upload content that violates third-party rights

Content Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you upload or create complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these restrictions.

Your Content

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your content, including proposals, documents, and other materials you create or upload to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Bluehall Technologies, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is based on your input and our algorithms. You own the rights to AI-generated content created for your use, subject to the limitations in our AI Services Disclaimer.

AI Limitations

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI may not understand complex business requirements
• AI-generated content may not comply with specific regulations
• AI responses are based on training data and may be outdated
• AI cannot replace human judgment and expertise

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating all AI-generated content
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Verifying accuracy and completeness of proposals
• Obtaining necessary approvals before submission
• Any consequences of using AI-generated content

AI-Powered Support Chat

Our in-app support chat uses AI technology to provide immediate assistance. AI-generated support responses may not always be accurate or complete. When the AI is unable to resolve your inquiry, the conversation is escalated to our human support team for follow-up. Chat transcripts are stored and may be reviewed by authorized support staff.

No Warranty for AI Content

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You use AI features at your own risk and discretion.

Document Analysis and Form Detection

Craxy AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded documents and identify required forms, certifications, and attachments within RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents. While we strive to detect all required submission items, the accuracy of form detection depends on the format, structure, and quality of the source documents. Due to the nature of varying document types, layouts, and formatting:

• Some required forms or attachments may not be identified by our AI analysis
• Scanned documents, image-based PDFs, or non-standard formats may yield incomplete results
• Forms split across multiple documents or embedded within narrative sections may be missed
• Page numbers and document references provided by the AI may not always be accurate

Craxy AI is a tool designed to assist you in writing and organizing proposals — it is not intended to replace your professional judgment. You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing each solicitation's requirements and ensuring that all required forms, certifications, and attachments are included in your final submission.

Craxy AI, Bluehall Technologies LLC, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any missed forms, incomplete submissions, or any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated form detection without independent verification by the user.

Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data:

• AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data at rest
• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure password hashing using bcrypt
• Comprehensive audit logging of security-sensitive activities
• Multi-tenant data isolation

Data Export Rights

You have the right to export your data at any time. We provide data export functionality through your account settings that allows you to download:

• Your profile and account information
• All proposals and documents you have created
• Knowledge base documents and files
• Activity and usage history

Data exports are provided in portable JSON format. All export activities are logged for security purposes.

Account Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and permanent - all your data will be irreversibly removed from our systems. We recommend exporting your data before requesting account deletion.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding security or freedom from viruses

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Misuse the Service or compromise its security

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account and data according to our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
